This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.

While the condo itself is completely private, you may encounter vendors who service the property like a landscaper or pest control. They are both managed by the association.
