Sleeping and Bathroom Arrangements
• There are 5 well appointed bedrooms, each featuring a king bed
• Each bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom. There is also a half bath off the kitchen.

• The villa features a whole house generator.
• AC units are currently all rooms except the living room, which is open air & has lovely breezes.

Please note this property is not directly managed by BlueSalt Properties. Signing a rental agreement and liability waiver for the property manager and providing a card via a secure processing platform for a security hold is required to rent this villa. The hold goes into place 48 hours prior to arrival and will be released 7 days after departure, as long as no significant damage is found. This is not a deposit but a hold similar to what hotels do for incidentals.
